Regenerative Farming: The Video That Changed My Life!

Welcome back everyone! As I mentioned in one of my other post there was a video that I watched that changed my life forever. I have attached the video from YouTube to the top of this post.

I need to say a few things before you dive into this video, so here goes. Fist of all I am not saying you have to follow exactly how Gabe is running his operation, I am simply sharing with you the video that started me down this path. I know many farmers how have put into practice the principles he lays out but to varying degrees. One thing we have to keep in mind is growing seasons are drastically different in North Dakota compared to Kansas. Something to think about is how can a person start implementing some of these concepts SLOWLY ! I have heard many horror stories of famers who went all in and the farm was not ready to do a 180 degree turn. You can guess what happened next, the farmer lost a bunch of profit or it didn't go exactly how it was described to them and they got burned.

Again, please focus on implementing the principles by starting a small percent of your operation and expand form there. Also, please remember this is not going to chance your farm overnight, it takes time for some of these changes to take place.

Another key is continued education. We must be continually learning otherwise we may be missing out on different opportunities which can influence our farms. Along with the continued learning I encourage you to look for the gold nuggets or the key takeaways.
