Today we put out cattle out on pasture and they are loving it. We usually send them out in the spring because this is when the grass is the most abundant.

I grew up on a small family owned dairy farm outside of Jordan, MN. This is where my love for animals, hard work, and country living began. I have always enjoyed showing people the wonders of the farm and providing farm fresh produce.
Chicken (Cornish Cross Broiler)
- Whole chicken
- Whole chicken cut into 4ths
- Whole chicken cut into 8ths

Ingredients
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 Tbls. Baking Powder
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 1/2 C. Milk
Directions
Add all the dry ingredients together and mix together. Then add in the milk and egg. Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pour over hot pan or griddle. Flip when the bottoms are golden brown. Enjoy!
